The work, in plain language.
The Baculovirus team worked to develop a transient gene therapy delivery system using baculoviruses. Particular focus was given to growth factors critical to the healing process and lacking in many chronic wounds, such as diabetic foot ulcers.
Unfortunately, this project was halted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
